Job Overview

The Client Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting business development, client engagement, and project delivery functions. This position ensures seamless coordination across the client lifecycle from initial contact through to proposal development, contract finalisation, invoicing, and post-project follow-up.

This role enhances client satisfaction, contributes to revenue growth, and supports internal systems and workflows related to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and tracking business opportunities and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate and contribute to preparing capability statements, EOIs, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain and update proposal content libraries and CRM systems.
  • Support developing client presentations and pitch materials.
  • Assist with pre-contract administration including client onboarding, collating compliance documentation, and confirming scope, rates, and terms.
  • Liaise with legal and commercial teams (or external consultants) to coordinate timely review and execution of contracts.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed engagements to delivery teams.
  • Act as first point of contact for client queries during pre- and post-project stages.
  • Support project managers in coordinating client meetings, status updates, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client representatives.
  • Track billing milestones, timesheet data, and contract deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing and dispatching client invoices in coordination with finance staff.
  • Follow up with clients to resolve billing queries and ensure timely payments.
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys and lessons-learned debriefs.
  • Coordinate compiling project case studies and client testimonials.
  • Support re-engagement or upselling efforts with existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in CRM or project management systems.
  • Provide support for internal business development meetings, pipelines, and strategy sessions.
