Our client specialize in the long-term operation, maintenance, and management of critical public and private assets and infrastructure.

**About the Role**:

- Drive a culture of delivering customer value.
- Work with different stakeholders to support and provide effective outcomes for the business and our employees
- Managing complex workplace investigations and a variety of employee relations cases for our Project teams.
- Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration and Challenge.
- Work closely with their P & C Business Partners and P & C management on various cases and/or projects.
- Managing various ER / IR compliance activities within a large organization.
- Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process.
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
- Carry out all duties in line with company policies and procedures
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or substantial work experience in a similar capacity
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
- Good organisational skills
