ER/IR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive a culture of delivering customer value and work with different stakeholders to support and provide effective outcomes for the business and our employees.

  • Manage complex workplace investigations and employee relations cases, upholding our company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration and Challenge.
  • Carry out all work activities in accordance with our company values and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess good communications skills, both written and verbal, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex workplace investigations and employee relations cases
  • Carry out all work activities in accordance with company values and goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Substantial work experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills
