The role
In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, managing day-to-day order management functions, and ensuring seamless order processing through ERP systems.
You will act as a key contact for the sales team, third-party logistics, and customers, contributing to smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
Create orders and invoice customers in ERP (SAP)
Administer all sales support functions to achieve company goals and targets
Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales teams for credit approval, shipments, and site deliveries
Coordinate with service/local vendors for local works
Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for customer site deliveries
Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a sales administrator or support role
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Exceptional data analysis skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
