Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, managing day-to-day order management functions, and ensuring seamless order processing through ERP systems.

About the Role
  • Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Create orders and invoice customers in ERP (SAP)
  • Administer all sales support functions to achieve company goals and targets
  • Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales teams for credit approval, shipments, and site deliveries
  • Coordinate with service/local vendors for local works
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for customer site deliveries
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as a sales administrator or support role
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
