Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and clarify quote conditions and customer information prepared by the sales team.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and coordinate delivery arrangements with parent companies or freight forwarders.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Admin teams to resolve order-related queries.
  • Follow up and expedite orders as necessary.
  • Process sales order deliveries on the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), including producing delivery notes and recognizing revenue.
  • Raise customer invoices and process supplier invoices.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
