Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team, dedicated to creating solutions that drive growth and success for people and the planet.

The Role
  • Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day order management functions and ensure seamless order processing through ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Create and manage orders and invoices in ERP systems.
  3. Administer sales support functions to achieve business objectives and targets.
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams for credit approval, shipments, and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
