We're looking for a reliable, experienced individual to step into a Maintenance Coordinator role across our dealership sites in Chatswood, Artarmon and Ryde.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage people, spot issues before they become problems, and keep things running smoothly – without needing to do the physical work themselves.You must hold acurrent NSW driver's license.What's in it for you?

In this role you will carry out the following tasks:Oversee the general maintenance, presentation, and functionality of our dealership sites (Chatswood, Artarmon, and Ryde)Manage and coordinate trades and service contractors (gardeners, waste, security, cleaners, etc.)Schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairsEnsure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures (Howsafe system)Monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning, and pressure washersConduct regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they ariseOversee minor repairs or upgrades and ensure work is carried out to a high standardSupport the implementation of WHS practices and represent the maintenance side in safety meetingsHelp coordinate site projects as needed and support senior management with ad hoc tasksWhat You Need:Experience in trades, facilities, or property maintenance (hands-on or supervisory)Comfortable managing contractors and following up on site workA practical mindset – you know what needs doing and how to get it doneNSW Driver's License (essential)Good communication and organisational skillsGood understanding of WHS requirementsWho are we?
