**We will count on you to**:
- Review regulatory requirements for Risk, Compliance and Governance deliverables (Deliverables)
- Provide strategic input into Risk and Compliance Framework and Policy development to ensure the suite of documents produced are sufficient given the entity's size, complexity and context.
- Review, uplift or create new Frameworks, Policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Partner with the business to obtain feedback on Frameworks, Policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Write and obtain approval of Board trustee papers to approve the Deliverables.
- Support the development and provision of training to uplift skills and capability relating to governance, risk and compliance across the Business.
- Review industry developments and consider impacts on the risk environment and the Frameworks and Policies being developed.
**What you need to have**:
- At least 5 - 10 year's working in a risk, compliance or legal role with experience related to Superannuation Funds.
- Work experience should show a depth of experience in developing and reviewing a range of Framework and Policy documents.
- Experience working in or providing services to a regulated financial services business, with an ability to interpret and translate associated legislative and prudential requirements into Frameworks and Policies.
- Sound understanding and ability to operate within Risk and Compliance Frameworks and Policies, including the ability to consider risk strategically and take a commercial approach to compliance when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with foundation capability of operating with executives and senior leaders.
