Job Title: Digital Risk Governance Specialist

The key responsibility of this role is to lead technology-related audits, drive compliance initiatives, and manage cyber risk. This involves running the audit function, planning and executing audits, and providing assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls.

About the Role:
  • Lead technology audits and provide strategic guidance on audit planning and execution.
  • Drive compliance projects and support the Control Assurance Program.
  • Manage technology and cyber risk by identifying risks, developing remediation plans, and continuously improving governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close technology-related audits.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical actions.
  • Continuously improve governance practices and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience in technology risk, audit, or compliance roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
  • Deep knowledge of cyber security governance, risk management, and IT controls.
  • Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
