Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team in a high-impact governance space. This role involves shaping guidance that influences Group-wide practices, partnering with senior stakeholders, and leading a community of specialists.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance, risk, legal or compliance, with the ability to influence and work confidently with senior stakeholders. They will be skilled in writing, presenting, and managing complex governance frameworks, with calm under pressure and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising stakeholders across the bank on governance, risk, and compliance matters
  • Designing tools and practices to improve oversight and risk management
  • Leading risk reporting and governance training
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the bank's Risk Committee Ecosystem
