- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed risk considerations into business initiatives and processes, fostering a culture of risk awareness.
- Establish and maintain integrated reporting mechanisms to provide timely insights into risk management activities, governance effectiveness, and compliance status for senior stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on risk management tools and systems, ensuring employees are equipped to leverage data and analytics effectively.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide insights on emerging regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, law, business management, or economics from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within the financial services sector in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.
- A deep understanding of risk management systems, frameworks, and compliance requirements, with the ability to provide strategic advice to senior executives and Boards.
