Senior Regulatory Specialist

Ensure timely and high-quality risk reporting by coordinating interactions with regulators, preparing briefing materials and maintaining accurate records of regulatory communications. The Senior Regulatory Specialist at Cbus supports regulatory engagement, risk governance and reporting across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support regulatory engagement, including meetings, documentation and responses
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare high-quality materials for regulator interactions
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assist in preparing submissions and reporting activities
  • Support risk reporting and governance processes for boards and executive committees
  • Build strong relationships with regulators, internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar senior risk analyst or project coordinator role supporting compliance, governance or regulatory relations in regulated industries
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in writing risk reports and using enterprise GRC software solutions
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to a supportive team culture
