Reporting to the HSSE Superintendent, the HSSE Administrator will support the HSSE team with coordinating, and implementation of the Project HSSE training program. Maintain a comprehensive system to manage all HSSE training and other related documents and records. Maintain current copies of all HSSE training documents and ensure they are distributed accordingly. Provide support in HSSE administrative requirements to the project. The HSSE Training administrator will report any nonconformities on the records to the HSSE Superintendent & HSSE Manager.

**Day to Day, Your Role Will Include**:

- Maintain a comprehensive and updated HSSE Training records in accordance with the agreed filing system, or record retention schedule.
- Understand the document control and numbering procedure to assist the HSSE Manager with numbering of project specific HSSE documents.
- Understand the in-country and Company document retention requirements and prepare all records accordingly.
- Monitoring all HSSE information and data being uploaded onto Kent Training Database and Ensure that the information is accurate and updated regularly.
- Support the HSSE Manager with amalgamating information for weekly, monthly and any other related HSSE reports.
- Ensure all HSSE Training templates being used on the project are current and updated.
- Attend and participate in all HSSE meetings and assist with recording minutes when requested.
- Review incoming HSSE records for quality and advise the HSSE Manager on any noncompliance or poor quality.
- Support with the development of HSSE campaigns and the required propaganda.
- Support the HSSE Team with the development of HSSE related presentations and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of HSSE training sessions
- Support with providing HSSE information during HSSE Audits.
- File, photocopy and complete general HSSE administration as required
- Co-ordination with various site personnel to ensure communication and necessary actions on HSSE issues as necessary.
- Provide support to the Emergency, Security & Training Supervisor to ensure all employees have the relevant competencies and certification to perform their work i.e., crane drivers, equipment operators, etc.
- Distribute HSSE information where requested by the HSSE Manager.
