Job Summary

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the administration, financial management and asset management of end-to-end project delivery for a major PPP healthcare contract.

This position is responsible for managing the delivery of minor works and damage repair projects, coordinating defect solutions and Compensable Intervening Event works while developing project documentation and liaising with stakeholders to minimize disruption.

In addition, the incumbent will conduct asset condition audits and maintain CMMS data accuracy, supporting lifecycle planning and proactive asset strategies.

The successful candidate will act as site expert in Concept Evolution and related systems, optimizing workflows and providing training and troubleshooting support.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with HSSE, infection control and hospital protocols, reviewing subcontractor documentation and conducting safety audits.

Furthermore, the Project Coordinator will support budgeting, invoicing and cost recovery documentation, preparing quotes and change notices in line with FM contract obligations.

Lead procurement activities for minor and major capital works, preparing tender documentation and participating in evaluations to ensure compliance and value-for-money outcomes.

Oversight of subcontractor performance and audit for quality, safety and cost effectiveness.

Represent the team in client meetings and briefings, preparing reports and proactively resolving client issues.

Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in a Project Officer and/or Administrator role.
  • Experience in PPP or healthcare infrastructure is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with MS Project and Excel highly regarded.
  • A current Police Check and compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease Protocol are required.
