Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to join our team.

As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating all maintenance service activities across our national network.

You will be responsible for managing and evolving our current maintenance system or building a new end-to-end platform for logging requests, ordering components, and shipping to sites.

This includes assigning tasks to third-party contractors or in-house Field Technicians, fulfilling consumables and component orders, and overseeing HSSE compliance across all technical operations.

You will also schedule and dispatch service teams and vehicles, ensuring the right assets are in the right place at the right time.

Triage breakdowns and allocate resources effectively between scheduled and reactive maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineering supply chains, technical coordination, or maintenance scheduling.
  • A background in industries such as Defence, Mining, Automotive, or similar / relevant industry is required.
  • Strong administration skills and a knack for IT systems.
  • Ability to work with website providers or developers to implement or build a new maintenance platform.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
  • An ASIC card (or ability to obtain one) is required.
