The Job Role will involve supporting our Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) team with coordinating and implementing training programs. This includes maintaining a comprehensive system to manage all HSSE training documents and records.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSSE Training records according to agreed procedures.
  • Assist the HSSE Manager with numbering project specific HSSE documents.
  • Monitor HSSE information uploaded onto the Kent Training Database and ensure accuracy and regular updates.
  • Support the HSSE Manager with compiling information for weekly, monthly, and other related HSSE reports.
  • Ensure all HSSE Training templates are current and updated.
  • Attend and participate in all HSSE meetings, assisting with recording minutes when requested.
  • Review incoming HSSE records for quality and advise the HSSE Manager on any non-compliance or poor quality.
  • Support with developing HSSE campaigns and required materials.
  • Collaborate with the HSSE Team on developing HSSE-related presentations and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating HSSE training sessions.
  • Provide support during HSSE Audits.
  • Complete general HSSE administration tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with site personnel to ensure effective communication and necessary actions on HSSE issues.
  • Support the Emergency, Security & Training Supervisor to ensure employees have necessary competencies and certification.
  • Distribute HSSE information as directed by the HSSE Manager.
