Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with our Quality Management System.
This role involves promoting awareness of customer requirements, reviewing and improving communication processes, and engaging staff to develop a self-sufficient team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- HSSE: Develop and implement safety policies to ensure all employees understand and follow Company Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental requirements.
- Staff Management & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Customer Service and Administration: Provide timely and effective responses to internal and external clients.
- System Integration: Assist with the development of EPuma and ensure integration tools align with best business practices.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in business is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
