Project Coordinator Job Overview

The Project Coordinator role involves supporting project delivery with a focus on administration, financial management, and asset management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of minor works and damage repair projects; coordinate defect solutions and Compensable Intervening Event works.
  • Conduct asset condition audits and maintain CMMS data accuracy; support lifecycle planning and proactive asset strategies.
  • Act as site expert in Concept Evolution and related systems; optimise workflows and provide training and troubleshooting support.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE, infection control, and hospital protocols; review subcontractor documentation and conduct safety audits.
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and cost recovery documentation; prepare quotes and change notices.
  • Lead procurement activities for minor and major capital works; prepare tender documentation and participate in evaluations.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and audit for quality, safety, and cost effectiveness.
  • Represent the team in client meetings and briefings; prepare reports and resolve client issues.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience in a Project Officer and/or Administrator role
  • Experience in PPP or healthcare infrastructure (Preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with CMMS and asset management software (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project & Excel highly regarded)
  • Current Police Check and compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease Protocol
  • Working with Children Check
