We work with both individuals and businesses across multiple sectors including property, professional services, retail and hospitality, to name a few.

Due to organic growth within our business, we are looking to add an experienced Client Services Coordinator to our team.

About the role

This role will be focussed on coordinating the administration tasks related to client services provided by the accounting team. You will be supporting a team of circa 4 accountants, as well as dealing with and providing support to external clients. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
General ad-hoc tasks for accountants

General client service support for incoming requests

Liaising with third parties with client's permission on their behalf, including provision of information to banks, financial planners and other finance companies

General letter writing & creation

General database management as required for client records, folders etc.

Creating tax return paperwork, checklists, client file set up in the cloud & relevant tech systems, producing engagement agreements

Liaising with ASIC & other government bodies

Management of business registrations, Trusts, ABN's, TFNs, and the like

General office administration & office management tasks

About You

To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years' experience in office administration. Knowledge from within an accounting practice would be beneficial but not essential. Experience with the MS Office suit is key, knowledge of cloud based software, Suitfiles, Xero, Karbon and XPM would be useful.

You are passionate about client support, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail. You are a problem solver, adaptable, a team player and have excellent time management skills, with a common sense approach and willingness to learn and get involved with the work at hand.

You are comfortable fielding client queries and supporting the accountants on their client deliverables to make sure we delight our clients with the service we provide.
