**Job Title:** Service Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent role, offering an attractive salary, superannuation, and incentives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely control and consistency of service delivery across our branches by organizing the day-to-day job allocations for technicians.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective and efficient run schedules are produced for action by technicians
  • Minimize customer defections or losses through the provision of high-quality service scheduling
  • Guide technicians on priorities when necessary
  • Roster employees
  • Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment
  • Monitor and strive to achieve objectives and targets for your area of responsibility

 

Requirements:
  • Logistics or freight forwarding experience advantageous for runs scheduling
  • Experience within waste management, services, building, or pest control industry advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Commitment to continual improvement and service delivery
  • Demonstrated client liaison skills
  • Sound oral, written, communication, and computer skills
  • Understanding of hazard identification
  • Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and KPI
