Client Care Specialist

The Support People is a leading registered NDIS provider in regional Victoria, creating an inclusive world where people with disability live the life of their choosing with our support.
The Client Service Officer plays an integral part in ensuring our participants receive an exceptional experience.
This role involves being a first point of contact for NDIS participants, liaising with Support Coordinators, preparing and coordinating Participant Service Agreements, administering the client intake process, providing ongoing client care/case management, and providing timely solutions to participant queries and complaints.
Additionally, this role requires performing high-quality administrative duties in a high-volume environment and assisting the Senior Client Services Manager as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent attention to detail and the mathematical ability to calculate costs of services
- A relevant qualification in community services, welfare support, disability support or social work
- Case management experience
