Our client, one of the biggest multinational conglomerates operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, health care, and consumer goods is seeking a Territory Medical Sales Manager to join their team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for selling the full range of MSD products into the hospital customer base with an identified focus on care pathway solutions. This role would be in the Wound Therapeutics team with a focus on our negative pressure would therapy portfolio.

Our client, one of the biggest multinational conglomerates operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, health care, and consumer goods is seeking a Territory Medical Sales Manager to join their team in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for selling the full range of MSD products into the hospital customer base with an identified focus on care pathway solutions. This role would be in the Wound Therapeutics team with a focus on our negative pressure would therapy portfolio.

**Key aspects of this role**:

- A clinical approach to providing the customer base with solutions from a wide range of products and services.
- Utilize sales data to maximize identified opportunities and perform gap analysis for assigned territory
- Manage identified Key decision makers within the Hospital and work with our Technical, Marketing and Education teams to build and further develop relationships.
- Align a strategic approach with the divisional business plan for both medical and surgical care settings
- Provide competitor intelligence and information on industry trends
- Align with relevant professional associations

**Who you are**:

- A healthcare professional (Nursing/allied health background)
- Strong desire to develop a successful career in Medical Sales with the support of a large multinational company
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Team player - large divisional team resource with a locally based sales team and state sales manager
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Good Attention to detail
- Confident manner with internal team and external customers
- Problem solving ability & resourcefully innovative to fulfill customers' requirements
- Have a current drivers license and a car
- Have relevant Police Checks and permission to work with vulnerable people.
