Key Responsibilities- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain a detailed opportunity pipeline to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business territory plans.
- Utilize data analysis tools to inform sales and margin optimization decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to champion their needs and develop new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven ability in histocompatibility, human leukocyte antigen (HLA) laboratories, or similar clinical pathology markets.
- Experience in capital equipment and consumables sales within transplantation or related medical fields.
- Strong understanding of markets within transplantation, HLA laboratories, medical devices, hospitals, and clinical settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Deep knowledge of clinical, scientific, and technical aspects of histocompatibility and transplantation.
- Highly motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and think creatively to solve complex problems.
- Proven track record of outstanding customer engagement and selling skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range between 120000 and 160000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
