We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, clinical support, and market expansion. This opportunity requires strong medical device sales experience and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve territory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to healthcare providers to ensure their satisfaction with cardiac rhythm management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
  • Effectively manage territory budgets and resources to optimize sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Science, Biomed, Engineering, Human Movement, Business Administration or healthcare background).
  • Proven successful sales experience in medical devices or a related healthcare field.
  • Ability to assimilate highly technical information and impart through to clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
