An exciting career opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Leading Hand** **Diesel Mechanic **to join our Off Highway team in our Wacol Branch reporting to the Service Manager. Lead and direct the off-Highway Service Team to work towards maximising profitability and efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be leading and coaching our technicians in repair routines promoting safety and quality in all aspects of the workshop environment in addition to providing input into training and development areas. As the **Leading Hand Technician **you will be required to also oversee job reports to ensure accurate recording of tasks completed. Promoting an enjoyable team culture

**About You**:

- Appropriate Trade qualification.
- Experience of at least 5 years in the Heavy Vehicle repair is desirable.
- Knowledge of industry and locality, and ability to motivate the team.
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in Penske Product Line.
- Effective time management and Leadership skills is required.
- Understanding of labour sales, labour costs, gross margin, expenses and other financial ratios.
- Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours.
