Your role is integral to the ongoing success of the **Wacol branch** so we're looking for someone who has the energy and drive to exceed and deliver results. You'll report into our Branch Manager, with a focus on monitoring and improving KPIs, while enhancing the customer experience and value offered within all aspects of the Service Department.

With a customer centric approach, exceeding customers' expectations will drive you. You pride yourself in being a strong communicator, with outstanding attention to detail. With a history in a **Off-Highway Service Supervisor role,** you'll have the skills to measure your departments performance against both the business plan and budget, and you'll build and maintain a strong customer base, while actively canvassing for additional business opportunities, while promoting Penske Australia's products and services

**About you**:

- At least **5 years'** managerial experience in an industrial/service environment, preferably within the Off-Highway industry (Plant, Marine and Power Generation)
- A **passionate, engaging and resilient** personality with demonstrable experience in successfully **managing, developing & motivating** a workforce.
- Strong experience in **understanding and interpreting business financial information** including **budgets** and **monthly financial reports.**:

- The ability to **understand** and grasp **technical product information & product fault resolution.**:

- Demonstrated skills in managing **customer relationships.**:

- Sound OFF Highway knowledge, with experience in **Sauer, Allison and **_mtu_**_ _products ideal.
- An understanding of **labour sales & costs, gross margin, expenses** and other financial ratios.
- A commitment to, and **promotion of safe work practices** with a good understanding of HSE responsibilities, and the **strong time management skills.**:

- Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose.
