Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strong leader to join our dynamic team of professionals, enhancing the customer experience and value offered within all aspects of the Service Department.

Your role will be integral to the ongoing success of our branch, requiring you to be a strong communicator with outstanding attention to detail. With a history in an industrial/service environment, preferably within the Off-Highway industry (Plant, Marine and Power Generation), you'll have the skills to measure department performance against business plans and budgets, build and maintain a strong customer base, and promote additional business opportunities while showcasing products and services.

About You:

  • A passionate, engaging, and resilient personality with demonstrable experience in successfully managing, developing, and motivating a workforce
  • Strong experience in understanding and interpreting financial information, including budgets and monthly financial reports
  • The ability to understand and grasp technical product information and product fault resolution
  • Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships
  • Sound OFF Highway knowledge, with experience in Sauer, Allison, and mtu products ideal
  • An understanding of labour sales & costs, gross margin, expenses, and other financial ratios
  • A commitment to and promotion of safe work practices with a good understanding of HSE responsibilities and strong time management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, actively promoting values and purpose
