
Maintenance Coordinator

What your day will look like....
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance, planning and prioritising scheduled works, overseeing internal trade staff and contractors, and responding swiftly to unexpected issues to minimise disruption. You'll liaise closely with health service teams to understand needs and ensure maintenance is client-focused and efficient, while keeping safety at the forefront. Your day may include coordinating repairs, arranging materials, producing work procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, all while supporting a positive and proactive maintenance culture that keeps our facilities running smoothly.
