**Service Maintenance Professional Role**
A government department is seeking a qualified and experienced maintenance professional to join their team. This role will involve managing and coordinating service maintenance projects to ensure client satisfaction and maximize project profitability.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at a supervisory level in delivering service maintenance, including planning and delivery of service maintenance programs. They will also have strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and developing office staff, field staff, and subcontractors.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking inspections and audits of government assets to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. They will also need to have strong WH&S training and experience.
