About the Role
As the Maintenance Manager you will oversee management of Maintenance and Engineering services across the Toowoomba region. You will implement and maintain adequate processes, systems and internal controls that ensure effective and efficient support for the coordination and delivery of maintenance services. You will also ensure that Maintenance and Engineering communications with internal/external clients, key contractors and staff remain sound and that key performance targets are measured and maintained. To succeed in this role you will be able to review and analyse Maintenance and Engineering activities within major healthcare facilities and develop innovative solutions to complex issues. You will have highly developed interpersonal skills and be an expert in conflict resolution, negotiation, facilitation and consultation.
