**The opportunity**

As an Assistant Case Manager at QBE, you will be a vital part of our personal injury claims team, assisting Case Managers in the management and support of clients throughout the claims process. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who require assistance and understanding during their recovery journey.

**Your new role**
- Support the CTP claims team through coordination and completion of various administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships by ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to internal, customer or employer enquiries within required timeframes
- Accurate & efficient data entry including making payments and uploading/updating records
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

**About you**
- Outstanding communication skills with a customer centric mindset and a genuine care for people
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an administration/data entry/accounts role involving collaboration with various areas of a business
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work accordingly
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Experience in an administration role within the insurance space is desirable but not essential
