Key Objectives and Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to provide critical support to the Senior Lead, Claims Approval, in overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless team performance.

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on team and case management performance metrics.
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and assistance to staff as needed.
  • Undertake peer reviews to meet Quality Assurance framework objectives.
  • Administer external service provider arrangements upon approval from senior leadership.
  • Manage complex and sensitive cases, home warranty insurance claims at the direction of the Senior Lead or Manager.

This involves cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to achieve business aims, contributing to the review and development of Claims Approval operations, and representing the organization in promotional and educational activities.

Key Requirements and Skills

  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex or contentious case management.
  • Ability to interpret and provide advice on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to Home Warranty Insurance Claims.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond positively and flexibly to change.

This role requires a deep understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
