The **HR Administrative Assistant** at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources Department with various administrative tasks.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Create Requests for Quotations and follow up on the quotations in the Integration Solution Portal.
- Create requisitions for different purchasing requests.
- Manage daily timekeeping, including annual leave requests.
- Prepare the weekly weekend schedule.
- Stock the HR office supplies cabinet.
- Organize and file all employee documents.
- Generate employer statements.
- Coordinate and administer new hire general induction.
- High-school graduation (MBO/VWO/HAVO) with related post-secondary training and/or advanced business and management courses.
- A minimum of 2 up to 5 years of related work experience.
- Proficient in computer skills, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and presentation graphics; strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly motivated, independent, and flexible, with a sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A valid driver's license (BE).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, Mandarin language is an asset.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 5 days on the mine site in Brokopondo followed by 2 days break.
