The Opportunity

As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role within our People team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily HR operations. From coordinating onboarding for new hires to managing employee records, you'll be a key point of contact for HR-related queries and a reliable support across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and new starters
  • Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Assist with the offboarding process, ensuring all leavers are managed professionally and compliantly
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to routine queries and preparing standard employee correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee data within our HRIS (UKG), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement events and communications
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • A team player
