We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the wider HR team with end-to-end HR administration activities, providing practical support to facilitate HR operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to creating a positive workplace culture, working autonomously to process agreements, employee changes, triaging enquiries, and employment checks while assisting with tasks across the employee lifecycle.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be trusted to work efficiently, ensuring high-quality HR services are delivered effectively.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and data integrity, with proficiency in processing high-volume documentation.

  • Relevant HR or business qualification or working towards.
  • Familiarity with relevant awards, legislation, and regulations.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (experience with enquiry ticket systems would be advantageous).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
