
Organisational Change Specialist

Key aspects of the role include leading and managing organisational change initiatives to drive business growth, implementing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, and transitioning teams to new processes.
This is an implementation-focused position responsible for conducting business and operational change impact analyses, developing and executing OCM tactical plans, communications, and activities that align with the Program Organisational Change Management strategy and plans to ensure Program, Business, People, and Operational readiness for solution implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in organisational change management, preferably in a digital transformation context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Proven experience in programme management, with a focus on delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget
