Job Role:

The Change and Business Readiness team at ASIC facilitates the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives.

We are seeking a Change & Business Readiness Specialist to join our team, responsible for preparing and coordinating change activities, delivering change and communication deliverables, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support business change activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and coordinating change activities and communications within agreed timeframes
  • Hands-on delivery of change and communication deliverables associated with projects and other change initiatives
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to support them with business change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communications
  • Monitoring change management and communication deliverables, ensuring all governance requirements are met

You will work closely with project and change managers to ensure coordination of change and communication activities throughout the full change lifecycle.

Responsibilities require relevant tertiary qualifications in change management, communications, project management, or a related field. Additionally, you will need excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Furthermore, you should possess demonstrable business writing and verbal communication skills to present information to different target audiences. Ability to work across a wide variety of tasks and processes and get up to speed quickly is also essential.
