Job Summary:

This role calls for a seasoned Organisational Change Management Specialist to drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic communications across multiple sites in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing organisational change management strategies to ensure effective communication and employee engagement throughout the transition process.
  • Developing leadership tool kits to facilitate internal communication among employees, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting leaders in understanding change impact, quality standards, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Monitoring leader and employee feedback, change impacts, and forecasting potential risks or areas of concern with people impacts.
  • Coordinating training plans, packages, and schedules to support organisational development and growth.

Requirements:

  • A results-driven HR/OD professional with proven project management experience in organisational change management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multi-site workforce, particularly with high-impact people change such as Mergers & Acquisitions, relocations, restructures, or other large-scale organisational changes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships, influencing, negotiating, and supporting leaders, teams, and sites.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service at all levels.
