About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
This is a full-time position located in all areas of Wollongong NSW.
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.ResponsibilitiesYou will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers whilst interacting with a range of people.
Reporting to the Centre Manager this role will work within our large network of repair facilities and you will be provided with stability and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providersAccurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company proceduresComplete quotes as required onsite, off-site and onlineProcessing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imagingManage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as requiredManage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely mannerAssist with production management of the centre where requiredEnsure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident conditionHand over completed repairs to customersAbout YouProven experience within a similar position including experience in the preparation of estimates / quotations in the automotive smash repair industryProven experience with AudaNet would be highly desirableIbody experience desirable but not necessaryExcellent customer service skills including building rapport with customers and work providersHighly professional and personableStrong systems experience and competent computer abilitiesExcel an advantage but not a necessaryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlinesAbility to problem solve and excellent accuracy and attention to detailAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamStrong commitment to work in a safe mannerHigh attention to detailBe reliable, punctual & hardworkingWe are leaders in the repair industry and offer -Team environment -Ongoing training -Career opportunity -Latest tools, equipment and process -Great opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeople -Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson $60-$80k -Mid-Senior tradesperson $80k-$100k -Annual salary If you are hardworking, motivated and seeking a career a with an industry leader please apply online.
