
Repair Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused professional to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our organization, you will partner with stakeholders to ensure that claims progress and are completed in a timely manner.
You will take ownership of managing repairs on behalf of our clients, focusing on repair life cycles, high-quality work, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This role is ideal for someone with an insurance/claims background, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferrable skills in construction/property/repairs/warranties.

Key Requirements- Accurately and efficiently manage assigned claims.
- Ability to understand and review trade reports and general knowledge of builder terminology.
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
- Previous claims/insurance experience is highly desirable.
- A Team Player with the ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
