As a Motor Vehicle Assessor, you will be responsible for digitally assessing motor vehicle damage. This role requires trade experience to ensure that motor vehicle repairs are conducted in an appropriate manner and the repair costs are fair and reasonable.

You will work independently managing your own case load from start to finish, assessing the damage, quantifying loss, initiating repairs and replacement, and negotiating settlements with customers while providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as motor repair trades and possess strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. Experience in insurance motor vehicle loss assessing and claims is highly desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 8-9 weeks of training at our location. You will be working across the Melbourne Metro area and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
