Managing the Engineering and

Production teams to ensure productivity and efficiencies are maximised

Managing staff to provide a safe, productive, fair and happy working environment.

Represent the company in a professional and honest manner

Project estimates/ costing

Assist with Profit and Loss reporting.

Equipment procurement

Manage project labour and material costs to ensure maximum profit.

WHS awareness and responsibility to provide a safe working environment.

Manage Staff Welfare and HR where necessary.

Continuous process improvement

Maintain company ISO accreditation and improve to future improvements.

**_About you: _**
Previous experience in an welding, engineering, manufacturing industry

Strong focus on WH&S practices

Demonstrated experience as a team leader/ supervisor/ operations role

Project costings/ forecasting experience

**Salary**: Starting from $80000.00

- Day shift

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
