We do almost everything in house which gives us a rare sense of unity of purpose in our vision to make better products and experiences for our customers. Our 60+ person team is very passionate, and includes Product Development, Story and Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Technology.

We are growing rapidly with significant expansion plans taking place over the next two years - making it a very exciting time for a new Creative Coordinator to join the team and be part of this journey.

Our in-house Marketing & Creative team has taken Sleeping Duck from a little-known start-up to a household name in a few short years.

In the past 12 months, we've expanded and diversified our digital audio and video and launched multiple creative campaigns, growing Sleeping Duck's prompted brand awareness to 61% of all Australians.

**The Role**

If you are a coordinator with a passion for creativity and strong organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.

Your main focus areas will be:

- Coordinate the planning, creation, and production of advertising assets including digital, TV, radio and outdoor.
- Support internal units and collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Assist in the production coordination of internal, external and retail materials (for instance for our showroom in Prahran).
- Build timelines, schedules, budgets and project tracking documents to support the creative and marketing team - where possible helping to drive all projects to be completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed to support production needs, such as printing companies and production crew.
- Support the creative team in actioning plans, including booking meetings, note taking and organising work.
- Previous experience in a production assisting or coordination role within a creative production environment or marketing environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus including, a minimum proficiency in Google Docs & Sheets.
- Experience in Creative tools a bonus - including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management software.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Production or a related field, preferred but not essential.
