Job Title: Bid Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Bid Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and managing bid content and processes, including using software such as InDesign to ensure uniformity and corporate approach.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support the bid development process and identifying clients' requirements into winning bids.
  • Managing the bidding lifecycle and ensuring on-time submissions across various service lines.
  • Quality control of bid submission processes.
