We strive to establish and sustain a diverse and inclusive workforce, fostering a culturally safe and supportive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work.Your roleYou will support the end-to-end delivery of business support services for staff and visitors at Creative Australia's Melbourne office.You will:Provide high-quality customer service experience to staff and visitors in the Melbourne office through visitor management procedures and supporting operational and logistical requirements.Coordinate Work Health and Safety (WHS) activities by supporting the safety of staff through, WHS inductions, fire warden and emergency process and procedures.Act as the first point of contact for offices issues, maintenance requests, and repairs, coordinating with external vendors and escalating incidents and risks as needed.Action requests for offsite room bookings, hospitality, catering and on-site events including ensuring the office environment and communal amenities are well maintained.Ensure small assets and inventory of office supplies are recorded, purchased and restocked.Work closely with IT Services to support the maintenance of AV equipment, ensuring it is accessible to staff.Gather information that will support procurement processes for goods and services in line with organisational requirements.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of standard operating procedures that support the delivery of business support services in the office.What this means for you·Fixed term of 2 years·Office Location: Melbourne (Onsite)·Salary of $71,869 per annum + 15.4%% superannuation·Flexible working hours·Paid leave between Christmas and New Year·Paid cultural leave to attend religious or cultural obligations·Wellbeing programs and corporate discounts·Holistic employee assistance program for employees, their families, and kinDeadlineApplications close on 14 September 2025 at 10amHow to applyWe recognise that exceptional talent comes in various forms.
