Your role

You will support the end-to-end delivery of business
support services for staff and visitors at Creative Australia's Melbourne
office.

You will:

  • Provide
    high-quality customer service experience to staff and visitors in the Melbourne
    office through visitor management procedures and supporting operational and
    logistical requirements.

  • Coordinate
    Work Health and Safety (WHS) activities by supporting the safety of staff
    through, WHS inductions, fire warden and emergency process and
    procedures.

  • Act as the first point of contact for offices issues, maintenance
    requests, and repairs, coordinating with external vendors and escalating
    incidents and risks as needed.

  • Action requests for offsite room bookings, hospitality, catering and
    on-site events including ensuring the office environment and communal amenities
    are well maintained.

  • Ensure
    small assets and inventory of office supplies are recorded, purchased and
    restocked.

  • Work closely with IT Services to support the maintenance of AV
    equipment, ensuring it is accessible to staff.

  • Gather information
    that will support procurement processes for goods and services in line with
    organisational requirements.

  • Contribute to
    the ongoing development and improvement of standard operating procedures that
    support the delivery of business support services in the office.
