Company Description
At Wiley, we're more than just a project delivery company - we're a passionate, values-driven team on a mission to shape a brighter, more sustainable future. Today, our energetic and diverse team takes on complex and meaningful projects across sectors such as food manufacturing, education, commercial, water, and infrastructure.
Job Description
As a Contracts Coordinator, you'll bring commercial awareness and a solid grasp of contract administration to support key project delivery tasks. With strong attention to detail, you'll ensure accuracy and thoroughness in your work. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will help you engage confidently with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Design & Engineering business unit to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and maintain contract compliance, including administration, reporting, variations, and claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support commercial and financial processes.
- Ensure adherence to company systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage key documentation including consultant agreements, budgets, progress claims, and financial reports.
- Facilitate communication across teams to track project progress, manage updates, and support monthly reporting cycles.
- Maintain strong working relationships to drive positive project outcomes.
About You
You have 2–5 years' experience in a contract administration/coordination or project administration role, where you've provided reliable support across various stages of projects. You're familiar with construction and design contracts, including consultancy agreements, variations, and progress claims, and you understand how these fit into the broader project lifecycle.
You've worked closely with budgets, helped with financial tracking and reporting, and ensured compliance is met along the way. With a good understanding of different contract types you're confident supporting teams with the day-to-day details that keep projects running smoothly.
