**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately match paint colours to customer samples using a spectrophotometer.
- Prepare and adjust paint formulations to achieve the perfect colour match.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure the accuracy of colour and consistency of paint.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document colour formulations and maintain a database for future referencing.
- Collaborate with the production team to scale colour formulas for large batches.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding colour matching.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements in colour matching technology.

**Expectations**:

- Proven experience as a paint colour matcher or similar role.
- Complete 2-3 paint batches / day
- Proficient in the use of a spectrophotometer and understanding of colour theory.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for both team collaboration and customer interaction.
- Commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and a rapidly changing work environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
