Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Spray Painter in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking quality workmanship, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications as a Spray Painter and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry. They will also possess strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with the team.

The job requires the candidate to mix and match colours for vehicle painting, build and maintain colour libraries, prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements and paint supplier processes. Additionally, they will need to buff and denib vehicles, carefully handle all vehicles, note any extra paint work required beyond quoted services, report old damage or poor previous repairs to production managers, and keep work bays and workshops clean.
